An area best known for its spectacular Riesling wines, Ste. Chapelle Winery also produces an award-winning Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot, among others. Visitors to the Snake River Valley winery can participate in wine tastings, learn about the winery's history and take a free tour of the facility. A popular weekend concert series is hosted by the winery through the spring, summer and fall, and the scenic grounds are also available for use for private events. The vineyards, along with the tasting area and store, are about 12 miles west of the town of Nampa, past Lake Lowell.
